Performance. 2011.

Under the umbrella of the POLITICAL EQUATOR 3 A 2-day cross-border mobile conference and community forum held June 3rd and 4th 2011, I performed my first bureaucr-artistic performance. The participants crossed the border through an existing drain, recently built by Homeland Security. Once on the Tijuana side I welcomed them with a visa stamp of Welcome to Colonia Libertad before they could move on with the series of events and lectures.
